Calvin by Bruce Gordon
It is a biography of John Calvin. From what I have read so far, the author isn't leaning in one direction or the other. It highlights Calvin's strengths (intellectualism, boldness) and also his weaknesses (arrogance, perfectionist, harshness).

The Freedom of the Will by Jonathan Edwards
Highly praised by reformed thinkers such as John Piper and R.C. Sproul. Piper goes as far as to say that this book sealed the deal on Calvinism.

The Mission of God by Christopher Wright
Got this book as a gift last summer, excited to finally dive into it.
