Sorry for the lack of posting... Here is what has been going in my world, on which I hope to expound upon come summer.
- Sports. A morally neutral thing that could suck the life out of me. In the process of cutting away the obsession I have with people hitting a ball...
- I wish I could write about this in full detail, but in fear of polarizing people, I will not. But lately, I've been reading Scripture through the lens of the depravity of man and the sovereignty of God. Shocking what I am finding. Could I be another Armenian switching teams? *Sorry to a lot of you that have no idea what is going*
- I will indeed be coming home this summer. For a week I thought I would be living in Michigan being a door to door salesman working 80 hours a week... Wow, almost fell into that trap.
- To a select few, I am sorry for not being more involved in your life this semester. I can't wait for the summer. Hopefully you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. And that you know who you are.
- It is really frustrating pretending to be good and strong. I am not. I think in a world surrounded by self-help books and voices saying that you can become a better you, the message of Jesus gets lost. If there is two things that cannot coexist, its pride and Christianity. Come all you who are weary! NOT come once you have cleaned all the crap off. Stop pretending and playing this game that you are inherently good because you are comparing yourself to the "drug addicts" around you. Sorry for the rant....
